Where do orders ship from?

We use Printful to print our shirts on demand. Typically orders ship from Charlotte, NC.

Do you offer free shipping?

Every order of $100+ qualifies for free shipping.

Do you accept orders outside of the US?

Duh, we ship all over this pale blue dot.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For print-on-demand items, an estimated delivery date is provided on the product page. In our experience, it normally takes 7-10 days from payment to delivery but that can vary.

For in-stock items, give us 3-5 days for processing. Once shipped, it'll take anywhere from 2-7 days or so to get to you. International orders will take longer. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your order ships.

For preorder items, check the description for an estimated ship date. Note that for all preorders, any in-stock items included in your order will be shipped at the same time as the preorder.

We're a small team, so please be patient.

Are you responsible for lost mail?

Negative.

What if I made a mistake on the address for my order?

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We're a very small, sad company, so we do not accept returns/exchanges. All sales are final. Please read the damn product description before hitting order.

Are the sizes gender-specific?

Everything is unisex unless it says otherwise in the description.

I've got a problem with my order. What do I do?

Email chris@getsadyall.com and he'll make it right.

I washed my shirt and it shrank. Can I get a new one?

Lol, no.

Depends on the city/venue. Check the event description b e f o r e buying tickets.

Can my band play one of your events?

Yerp, we play well with others (usually) and love collaborating. Head over to the Get Involved section of the site and contact us using the appropriate email.

I lost my wallet/phone/keys/soul at one of your events. What do I do?

Sigh. Contact the venue to see if they have it.
